I must say that I was concerned making this large purchase after hearing so many stories about buying Eve batteries on Alibaba.
Buying from Solar Supply House was uneventful completely. My batteries arrived well packed. Even the boxes were in great shape.
Between the status emails from Solar Supply House and FedEx, I felt reassured that my batteries were coming on time. I ordered on a Tuesday. The shipping process started later in the day.
By Saturday morning they were on a truck to the RV park and delivered before 1 pm.
All in all, a pleasant and great experience. I’ll certainly do it again when I want to increase my amp hour storage system.
Oh, I forgot because it went so smoothly, but my cells were in great and pristine shape. I made a reading error and sent an email. I received a quick reply even though I had already acknowledged my mistake. They even suggested they were ready to provide assistance if I needed it.

These batteries were shipped FedEx and they arrived in just 3 days! They were professionally packed and completely encased in dense foam. All the batteries had the QR codes on them and looked brand spanking new! I have not put them to use yet, however I checked all the voltages and they were basically all the same and they were perfect, right on the money! If you are looking for some brand new, perfect voltage, LiFePo4 batteries, look no further. The customer service and communication was outstanding!
